I ordered a pizza at 8:30 PM and at 9:20PM, I noticed a car pull up to my apartment. The driver got out, came into the building and ran back out and jumped in the car and left. I ran to the door to see if they just left pizza at the door, but when I opened it, there wasnt any pizza. I called them to make sure they were on the way. They told me that, that delivery was someone elses and ours has not left yet. 9:47PM came around and I called again, they informed me that my pizza is on its way. What? 10:00PM and the pizza is still not here!!! We called them again and they told us your pizza has already been delivered then they quickly give us an excuse, were sorry would you like a refund and after talking to them, and explaining what happened, this excuse came up Actually, we are closed right now thats why were offering you a refund. Then had to nerve to offer us a credit! We opted for the refund and no credit.
We will not be ordering here again at this location!

Forgot the drink again. 2nd time its happened in 2 months. Said hed be back in 10 minutes, it took 40 minutes and he shows up with the wrong drink. Diet. Undrinkable.
