        The customer service here sucks, the people at the register look at you like you work for them.I can deal with not being greeted when I walk in the door but please dont give me cold old wings smh I did a call in order and was given a quarter hot and mostly cold wings.How did I know?? Because me and my family started eating them immediately after picking them up.STAY AWAY very rude and selling old food smh We couldnt even finish them all

        I ordered thighs and I was given party wings.I was told that my order would be ready in 15 to 20 mins it was more like 35 mind. There was no ice fir your beverages. Will not eat there anymore Food : 1/5 | Service : 1/5 | Atmosphere : 1/5 More

        very bad customer service I come for the first time to buy and the cashier sees that I am waiting for her to serve me And she's talking on her cell phone. and little importance to customers . after she finished to talk.. come to asist me with very very bad and stupid actitud was my first time but I don't go where I get bad service I don't recommend this place

        Most unprofessional ratchet location Ive ever experienced. This is my second visit here and it was hands down thee worst! We walked into the establishment and was asked how can I help you? by a woman sitting at one of the tables eating and licking bbq sauce off her fingers. Very nasty. As we looked In her direction she stood up and began to walk to the counter to take our orders. This was so unprofessional no napkins hand sanitizer NOTHING. I asked her her name she rolled her eyes smacked her teeth as spit flew through her missing teeth. She stated Silvia Sheryl Samantha one of the three. I asked if there was a manager or someone with authority to speak to she said there was no one. Completely fine I will definitely leave me review and report to the right owners if they knew the nasty cross contamination unprofessional bad attitudes they would sure address it as this is business and people pay their MONEY! I suggest you make the extra drive to the BOWIE location this one is disgusting
