Always had a great experience with Mr.Funk and Curtis. They always take a little while to send you the bill afterwards but that's okay with me. They get the job done right. Installed water filter, replaced 2 hose bibs, 2 leaks, faucets, shower fixture replaced, needless to say it was a huge punch list. Curtis was finished in a day and a half. Labor was very reasonable. Their billing is relaxed. No biggie. Work was done 2 years ago, no issues with any repairs or replacements. He may be a master plumber on paper, but when you fully reopen a valve shooting water into the basement a client is having finished, those clients will opt to go with a more qualified master plumber for the bulk of the remaining work. His comment? "I can't believe I made a rookie mistake...I only did that because you were standing there." That was July. We just received his invoice mid-November. Perhaps bookkeeping isn't his strong suit either.
