This place is awesome. No nonsense. I bring my pets and he gives them what they need. The doctor is very knowledgeable and Im always in and out with no issues and all my questions answered. Pricing is very reasonable. My dogs love him. I love this place!

My recent interaction with Dr. O'Brien left me thoroughly disappointed. We share a mutual patient, and I requested medical records for continuity of care. Initially, I appreciate his attempt to send them; however, the professionalism and helpfulness ended there. Unfortunately, the records didn't reach us, and when I communicated this issue, Dr. O'Brien displayed an unwillingness to resend them. Communication is a key aspect of the veterinary profession, and the lack of cooperation in this instance was unhelpful and unprofessional. While I acknowledge the initial effort, the subsequent lack of willingness to resolve the issue has left me questioning the level of service provided. Disappointed with the overall experience.

I had to find a vet to help with my dog as his usual vet was closed....I was told if I could get him there by six he would be seen.....he had great care at such short notice...will always be greatful
