The staff is very welcoming and helpful but the pharmacy is understaffed. The line is for pharmacy p/u is way too long, 15-20 people and often just one person at checkout. The other pharmacy staff is busy. I feel badly for them. Stress must be awful.

This CVS has horrid customer service, if any at all. I simply went to this location to pick up photos and buy a couple of items. I stood at the check out counter for a while but was not helped. However, a man continued to stock shelves directly behind me. He was clearly ignoring my presence. I approached him and asked him to check me out. He looked at me like I had just asked him to do the worlds largest favor. At check out I was told that I must sign up for a CVS card and provide my email otherwise I must check myself out. All-in-all, customer service DOES NOT seem to be a priority here. I guess with such bad reviews they have given up on that aspect of their business

Always understaffed, they look tired and probably underpaid, always slow, always 20 people in line at all times of day. Blame corporate, editing comment because I literally just heard a employee say, cvs doesn't want to give us enough to cover our orders

This CVS is bad. I booked for COVID boosters and flu vaccines for me and my kids 3 weeks in advance through their website. I entered all the insurance info at the time of booking. I got reminder texts and confirmation. When we showed up on the day of the appointment, they looked at our insurance (United healthcare) and told us COVID shots are not covered and will cost $200 each. We promptly drove to Walmart across the highway, walked in, got our shots with the same insurance in less than 1hr. If CVS did not take the Insurance, they could have rejected our appts. It felt like a money grab. The CVS person was nice and said it has happened to others as well but website sucks.
