This place , yet another let done. I only one chance to meet a time line, and they did there best to not help. I am really surprised being in mt. airy where I grow up and everyone is family not helping me at all, but was told to come back at another time. I would give this negative five stars if I could. Thanks for a great let down again

Branch was not helpful at all. They could not help me or answer simple questions. The mortgage dept. phone numbers I tried calling for help also could not help me and would not get me to anyone who could help. What I want help with should be easy and any bank should be able to easily help me. What can I say? Non existent customer service or customer help. Sad and disappointing.

I dont love Truist per se as they got rid of the ability to make deposits into the ATM, I dont mind driving through the drive thru because Miss Cecelia always seems to help me and is always genuinely happy and pleasant! She always brightens my day! Thanks Miss CiCi!
