Water Tower

I've lived near this water tower for many years and it seems pretty solid. The water pressure in my house has been good and consistent so I believe this water tower is functioning well. I'm not sure what water towers are used for otherwise so I can't comment further on that.
It's a nice appealing light blue color and it has an oblate spheroidal shape which is relatively pleasing to look at. When I fly into BWI I can see the water tower if I'm on the right side of the plane and that's cool because I can then recognize the surrounding area.
Sometimes I think it would be fun to climb the water tower but I don't think the public is allowed to do that. If I had to make a suggestion to improve the water tower I would say that public tours/climbings should be arranged, but I know that is probably not feasible.
Overall I am very satisfied with this water tower.
