Fit With Vic

I have been working with Victoria for over 3 months. Due to the amazing knowledge she has provided I am understanding how to eat better, pushing myself to be challenged, and overall in a better mental space. Exercising is great but Victoria finds something deeper in you and pulls it out. Worked with Victoria via online coaching and she was amazing! I was very new to the nutrition side of things and she walked me through and broke things down and made it simple. She also took the time to show me how to use the apps properly for meal tracking which was really helpful! Would fully recommend her online training to anyone not local. She's the best!

Ive never been fond of the gym and thought that I just wasnt a gym person. But having Victoria as a personal trainer really made it easy for me and Im really starting to love each time I go to the gym now! Her workouts are powerful but not overwhelming and she responds so quickly to any questions. Ten out of ten!!
