Im not one to write reviews, nor am I one to get easily butt hurt, however after having the bad customer service I had with this company, I figured I have to. I submitted my information for an auto insurance quote through eerie insurances website - they had sent my information over to James Flynn for him to be my agent. I called the gentleman to see how much a rough estimate would be for my insurance policy and when he picked up the phone he already sounded like he didnt want to talk to me nor did he sound like he was even interested in gaining a new customer. He told me that I needed to contact the policy agent that I currently have for my current plan, after explaining to him that I want to open up a new policy and contacting my current agent is not ideal, he said to me in a very agitated and rude tone I dont want to work with you. it came off very rude and disgusting. I then contacted Eeries Schaners insurance agency in Pasadena and explained everything I wanted to do and he had nicely explained to me what I needed to do to qualify for Eeries auto insurance. The representative James Flynn at Flynn Insurance Agency could have easily told me this and I wouldnt have to be sitting here right now leaving a bad review. Do better.
