My son has been a patient/client at Millersville Denistry since 2018 with consistent positive outcomes. Our visit today was not as positive. We were waiting in the dentist chair waiting for our hygienist for almost 10min. Although Mike is friendly it was very difficult to understand his questions. Additionally, he had gloves on to he the PC then immediately begins to treat my son in his open mouth. I politely asked him to change gloves before proceeding. We had a new Dr to clean his teeth. My 11yo mentioned during the X-ray the Dr and hygienist were not efficient. Per the 11uo they didnt know what they were doing after several adjustments were made and Mike finally figured out how to operate tge PC we were on to the cleaning. The cleaning was uneventful and my son is cavity free. But the service at the dentistry has declined regretfully we may have to find a new dentist.

I have to say that as a person who fears dentists more than a natural disaster I found my experience with this office both pleasurable and reassuring. All staff are pleasant, helpful and non judgemental. Dr Ahmed and his very gracious assistant Ellen were kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Family Dentistry in Millersville.
