Theyre opening hours say 5am daily. It is now 6:30 and about 10 of us waiting for them to open. The staff is all here we can hear them laughing and talking. Bagels are placed in the service area, cashiers are on.. but dosnt look like anyone has plans to open for business.

Asked for the lox sandwich on a bagel, got charged separately for the bagel and lox, which is more expensive than getting the sandwich. When I opened my bagel, no cream cheese. Went back to ask, found out that my more expensive bagel+lox didnt come with cream cheese, even thought the cheaper sandwich would have. Workers would provide cream cheese for a $1 additional charge. I go to this place whenever I fly BWI and it used to be much better. Edit: Following the directs from Einstein Bros in the comment below, I did submit my experience online. I was never reached out to about it.

Very annoyed with this place. Went to my gate and found out that I got the wrong sandwich, and the response from the guy there was simply "been thrown that one out". Not even gonna try to argue and get my order remade because I don't have the time to wait for it.

Do NOT get the Carmel macchiato coffee, ordered two and they were both undrinkable. Wasted $17. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered a chicken salad on an everything bagel. I requested onions & tomatoes. Did not realize each topping was $. 99 which is ridiculous for normal sandwich topping, it wasnt like it was bacon.. Anyway I opened my sandwich and found a tiny piece of lettuce & one small slice of tomatoe & no onions. Went back asked them for some onions & that I wasnt paying 99 cents for one small slice of tomatoe. I manager came out, talked to the employee making the sandwich, I asked to talk to her. She turned and looked at me then totally ignored me. Then Proceeded to walk in the back. If youre hiring managers that arent trained to handle simple questions and dont think they need to acknowledge a customer. At some point you will fail in this customer service industry. Even if this location is in the BWI airport. This was at 1:30pm on 3/27/24.
