        Used B&B for both a heat pump replacement and most recently for a water heater replacement and their team has always been professional and quick to install and get the work done. Other than a few follow up items on the water heater they have always been a solid company for getting these larger jobs completed.

        We had B&B out to work on our oil furnace in December 2022. They were here for probably two hours, but couldnt figure out the issue and charged $200. They came back out two weeks later to try and fix the issue again. They charged $1,000 in January 2023 and the issue seemed to be resolved until this winter. Were having what appears to be the exact same issue so we called again for service. They said they couldnt guarantee the previous work or provide any cost savings even if its the same issue they fixed previously. They also claimed we havent had any work done at our property since 2005 and had no record of any our previous work and disputed our claims. I have the check receipts to prove the payment but they said they couldnt do anything about it. Complete waste of money and time. Dont bother.
