Direct Native Plants

Wonderful nursery! I read the reviews, and thought I'd take a chance with buying a serviceberry. I was truly surprised when it arrived, it was much larger and healthier than expected. I then ordered 5 more perennials, and they, too, arrived with lush growth and excellent root systems. I've been ordering plants for many years, from numerous nurseries, and these were the best I've seen.

Quick note to let you know I have been very impressed with the service and plants/trees that I have received. I ordered some last year and then again this spring. 5 trees were delivered and 1 was in bad shape after someone forgot to secure the bag before sending. The dirt was out of the pot and the leaves and roots were extremely dry. I sent them a message and I received a beautiful replacement within a week! Thanks so much! I will continue to do business with them

I had never ordered from Direct Native Plants before, but I had read an article about the Witch Hazel tree and decided I wanted some. I also wanted more Bearberry, which I like to call Kinnickkinnick. This was the only place I could find them available. First, when placing the order, I was really glad I could order from Maryland, because that is much closer than Illinois. Communication from the company was also very good. The Witch Hazel and Kinnickkinnick arrived beautifully packaged, in pots and looking very healthy! I was impressed by the care that was taken when shipping them and even more impressed by the quality of the plants I received. In the future, I hope to buy from Direct Native Plants again, and I will recommend them to others.

Impressive collection of native plants for those interested in gardening for wildlife. Ive received a few orders from this company now. Generally, everything is very smooth. I had one mishap with shipping and one time that I made a mistake placing my order. In both cases, customer service was able to fix the problem right away.
