Fastest Auto Repairs

This shop is incompetent Do not take your vehicle to these people. I brought my car in on Monday, 3/25 to have my right front bumper ant the latch to my rear window on my SUV repaired. I spoke to the owner and the front desk person who viewed my car and took pictures. The owner gave me an estimate and told me to bring my car in on the Monday. I picked my car up today, 4 days later (I was told the repair would take one day) and my bumper was not fixed. They fixed the right fender which did not need any repairs claiming that this is what they gave me an estimate for when I brought in the car. The owner refused to speak with me on the phone claiming he was on vacation and would return the next day. I had to pay the bill to take my car. I am in the process of consulting an attorney. The poor customer service and incompetence deserves 0 stars. Please do not take your car to this place, you will not leave satisfied.

First time I had a car repaired and have no complaints at all. The time maybe, but we'll worth the wait. This place is safe to take your car.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS Collison's Automotive The team repaired the wrong side of my car and made it seem as though they did me a favor. When I didnt agree with the price the owners son turned into a whole gangster on the phone. I said please keep that same energy when I arrive. I go to the shop and the owner Chuck just pulled up so of course sonny boy has all the respect in the world. Where is the obvious gang member I was talking to on the phone a few seconds ago sir? Chuck doesnt like the fact that Im upset so he decides to go get his GUN. REAALLLYYYY!!! So you arm yourself because Im upset with the level of customer service your employee/child is giving? I have had several conversations with Chuck up to this point and we have always met as gentlemen. I really do believe the decision to get his weapon was racially charged. Heres the thing, I am a huge 2A advocate. I feel like everyone that can arm themselves should!! My question is how would the story have been told if I would have drawn my weapon? Seeing as though he felt the need to go to his car, get his carry bag, bring it in to the shop, then place his weapon on his waist. Gun manufacturers have not gone out of business & The State of Maryland has not stopped granting licenses. Make better decisions Chuck! This couldve gone really bad really fast!!
