        Been here for 3yrs, its an ok place, maintenance does come on time. My issue is the got damn mice. Pest control does nothing, I patch the holes they chew right next to it. I have to buy my own glue traps, these townhomes are VERY Outdated especially the bathroom, but raises the rent with no updates

        The application process was smooth and very transparent. The staff handled me was grace and professionalism. The townhome was clean and welcoming when I arrived.

        If I can give this place negative stars I would dont rent here they dont do nothing went it comes to pest control they have roaches and mice and poor customer service and they like to blame the cause for rodents on the tenants and pest control they send never does there job there is holes in the apartment for them to come into and never gets fixed . Advise to moving somewhere else because the pictures in the website is not accurate and out dated , as you can see theres a whole in the closet where they can come through . Also they dont like to have security deposits applied to balances and dont like to honor leases but instead try to get more money by saying to pay a 480 finders fee to not have to pay equivalent to one month rent which is no where in leases .
