The basement flooded in our beautiful brand new home. We had just been given the keys and I was completely distraught; we hadn't even moved in yet! Steve came right away, assessed the problems, came up with a game plan, and got to work. He and his crew were honest, professional, courteous, hard working, & efficient. When all was said & done, he even came back to do a final walk through himself to ensure that I was satisfied with every inch of everyone's work. Steve was wonderful! Provided recommendations once onsite! Completed the job when he said he would provided photos/invoice receipts/and a detailed report outlining the processes/procedures taken.
