If you want a stress free professional pool company to install your pool, Norco is the business to use. Unlike every other contractor for various projects I have contracted, the owner did exactly what was said. He was at the job site everyday putting in the work to ensure the job was done in 14 days. The quality of job (Pool, Concrete, Electrical, Fence) is exceptional. The entire experience went smooth. Also, I am surprised how efficient the filter system is. I didn't notice a real change in the electric bill. Thank you Norco Fiberglass Pools for professional service, stress free process, and an exceptional finished product.

I absolutely love my swimming pool and I can’t wait for Spring 2021 to take a splash and enjoy the spa. Kenny and his team has done an amazing job. I researched a dozen of pool companies and I would always hear how the sales people were great but the work was always contracted out and buyers became very unhappy with the quality of work. I finally saw a post on Facebook for Norco Pools and was pretty impressed to learn the owner would be on the job overseeing the work everyday reassuring things would get done correctly. I took a drive to Norco and met a very nice sales lady (sorry I forgot her name) that was very knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of a fiberglass pool. I then scheduled an appointment with Ken and my husband and I decided to move forward. Ken walked us through the entire process and answered every question we had. I highly recommend Norco Pools and to Kenny & his crew, job well done! My family thanks you guys very much for making this process stress free for us!!!! 😊

Pool closing services were misrepresented on their site. Said they would clean my filter on the website as part of pool closing. Filter wasn't cleaned. Paid 400 dollars to put cover on and blow out lines. They missed a drain plug in my pump and all hardware to my pool was not returned. They were here for 25 maybe 30 minutes before they left. Pool was a mess upon opening. Called about the misrepresentation on the website and they stated I would have to pay more to have my filter cleaned. 400 dollars is alot of money for 30 minutes of work. And to open it to what I found this spring and also a diving board I cannot put together ... No thanks. Very disappointed.
