Unless you want black mold and illegal repairs to your home as well as a company who will lie to you in order to sell you a home, do not rent from this company. I rented from them for over a year, they sent some random guy to do home inspections and repairs, but he was unable to perform most of the repairs, as well as here would not show up when he was supposed to to do home inspections. When they finally hired a real inspector to look at our home, the inspector found multiple illegal repairs to the home as well as black mold in the entire firewall. The landlord, more like a slumlord, was informed the day we started renting the house of several illegal repairs that had been done, and he still did not make any effort to repair anything. We rented from Tiger Paw Properties for over a year in a house that was not legally rentable. Added for reply response: The house was NOT in good condition when we moved in. You neglected to tell us about the bullet hole by the front door. You told us the dishwasher was working and it took you OVER 6 months to get us a working dishwasher. We have photos of the damage and illegal repairs to the home from when we moved in. I would like a copy of the REAL inspectors reports from when we were moving out. The amount of black mold in the firewall nearly killed my husband who is a war veteran with damaged lungs. He had to go to the hospital because he could not breathe. Funny how we moved out and now after about two months he is breathing better. The black mold in the walls was caused by damage to the exterior trim underneath where the roof and siding meet. The wood is rotting SO bad you could push your hand through it. The damage to your home that you choose not to fix could damage the neighbors home and you will be liable for his home as well. We were paying for home insurance the whole time but Tiger Paw Properties was charging us $10 a month for home insurance. We had to call our personal home insurance to check damage to our property that was in the garage and they could not pay us the $5000 worth of damage due to YOUR illegal repairs to the roof. Perhaps you should get a legal home inspector before renting out the property again. Here is a photo of the black mold coming through the firewall into our bathroom that appeared within a week of us moving in after your renovation. I had to clean this monthly. They kept sending me multiple pieces of mail and calling me to ask to buy my Mom's house after she passed away. I did not appreciate it all and asked them to stop, and they still kept sending mail.
