This year, it was time for a new heat pump/AC system install and once again, Community Comfort Solutions made the process easy. The crew installed the new system and removed the old one in one day. The work at my home was extensive and very involved. The team showed up and got to business. They were very detail oriented and thorough. It was important to Mike that I make the best choices about equipment and he didnt try to upsell or oversell. He made a point to explain his methods and make sure I understood how he came to his recommendations. After an extremely long day of installation, the team made sure that everything was in order, they cleaned up behind themselves and with the exception of new and better equipment, they left my home exactly as they found it. Mike is devoted to his trade and takes pride in his work. Being able to support a local small business is important to me and being able to confidently make decisions about major financial investments is crucial.
