Had my car repaired here 4 times due to the lovely drivers we have in St. Marys, not knowing how to drive and hitting a parked car, but any way they are a very good bodyshop to have excellent work done.

After having $8,500 worth of body work done, I went to open my gas tank cover. The housing was not attached... it was just hanging there. I took it back and they said that they overlooked it and then secured the housing. Three weeks later, I got home and my bed rail cap was completely gone and clearly had broken off. These are held in place with clips. But, there was glue visible that clearly failed. I called and they said they would get back to me. That was a week ago. All I wanted was a $100.00 replacement part and you wouldn't be reading this review. I didn't even get a call back.

Took my truck there in the middle of November 2023, and it won't be ready until April 2024. I've been told parts are back ordered from GM. I've only been called once this month for a update....

Nice work and paint finish. Their final QA missed the headlight bulbs were not installed. I found them missing on my own walk around. They did fix it on the spot. We will still go there for repairs, but always do your own thorough inspections.
