I met Chuck Maggio through my fantastic real estate agent Courtney Odum-Duncan. It was my first home buying experience, so I had no idea what was going on. Chuck was the most genuine, kind man I had ever met. It was obvious he truly cared about making sure we understood what we were signing and why. For a first-time home buyer, that’s a huge deal.
