        My experience was horrible. I arrived at 408PM on Saturday to retrieve my vehicle only to be informed that the cashier office had closed and I would have to wait until Monday to get my vehicle. No one informed or call me to tell me me they was closing at 4PM. The sales manager attempted to locate my keys and offered me a ride home

        It was amazing; keep me up to date on what was going on, didnt mind me calling them, worked with my insurance company. Wouldnt release my car until they made sure that everything was fixed correctly.

        Made an appointment for 9am just for a service routine appointment oil change, fluid change and car wash ect. I had to wait almost two just for that . Not to mention I got her 20 mins before my appointment and wasnt seen until 9:15 just to wait for 2 hours. I wouldnt recommend this place to have you car services to anybody !!!

        Overall it was a pleasant experience. I did however not appreciate the fact that I could not use the online coupon for my service do to the fact that the coupon is only for 5qt and my vehicle takes 6qts. If Ourimans is aware of my vehicle and service needs than I strongly feel the coupons sent should meet those needs.
