        Ran over a screw on the way home from work. Called for an appointment and within an hour I was able to bring my car in and have the tire repaired. Prompt, friendly, and professional service! Its nice that this store is open a little later than most so I didnt have to spend time during my workday to take care of this.

        I came in 10 minutes before close with plastic dragging at the bottom of my car. Jerrell went above and beyond to help me and even offered to help me with tires! He was very quick and friendly. amazing service. its greatly appreciated!!

        Jerrell at Mr. Tire on Padonia squeezed me in to repair a nail in my tire. In a stroke of luck, he discovered that somehow the tire hadn't been punctured. When I returned to pick it up, he shared the good news and informed me there was no charge. Honest, exceptional customer service is rare these days, but Jerrell and this Mr. Tire location have got it in spades!
