Hometrack has been a really reliable service for us for all of our self storage listings. It has been about 3+ months working with them and each job is cared for. Even if a mistake is made, they rectify it right away and always provide great customer service. Will continue using them for sure!

Super disappointed! I thought I would try them on a basic condo, which I had previously sold. I opted for the basic 28 package as it was a small space. Out of the photos they sent, 7 were of the exterior building and stairwell, including 2 shots of postboxes. Their shots were blown out, so lacking in detail and color. In addition most of the photos were either cutting off objects (bathroom where toiet tank shows, vs a vanity with a toilet) or had objects intruding from the outside of the shot. Nothing that showed the great open plan. I am including old photos with new. Having tried to contact them from the time of receipt on a Friday afternoon, they finally returned my call late Monday morning only to argue and tell me the spaces were tight. Do not use.

What a great company to deal with. They were able to get my photos done quickly, downloaded them to an easy to use portal and even produced some excellent virtual staging photos since the home is vacant. Dealing with the office was seamless as well. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for high quality photos, excellent service on a quick turn around.

I'm new to Hometrack but not to real estate photography, as an agent of many years here in the DMV. I only wish I had started using them years ago! The photographers are professional and fun to work with and the interface is incredibly easy with one-click links to the MLS. Ordering brochures and postcards is also easy and a good value. I highly recommend this company and will use them again and again.
