My husband and I recently purchase our first home with Jens assistance. The loan process can be quite intimidating and a bit overwhelming for first time buyers, but Jen made the entire process from start to finish as seamless and painless as possible! She was always available to answer any questions (and we had a lot of them) with a quick response time that sometimes amazed us. She took her time to get to know us and treated us as if we were her only client, which is extremely rare these days! I had initially contacted Jen months before we applied to get some information about the process, and she was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helped guide us on what we needed to do prior to applying. The application process was a breeze from there!
