Anytime I would call about any type of update on the car being serviced , Kyle would answer the phone in an arrogant tone. He did not help resolve any of the issues that was bought to his attention. Kyle told me that I was not going to get the vehicle back until I paid out of pocket, even though the insurance company was making payments. I asked Kyle to escalate my matter to a supervisor and he told me no, Im not going to do that. If you are working with an insurance company to get your car fixed, go elsewhere because Kyle will not help mediate any of the issues that will come up.

Ask for Matt!! Ran over some tire debris and it tore down some of my front wheel liner and he fixed it up and sent me on my way. Im not local but Ill send anyone I know down this way straight to him! Cant thank him enough!! Service: Body & Trim
