Collision Concierge of MD

This place is a joke. They have their own way of doing things & give you an attitude when you try to make things work lnased on how every other shop in the country works. When I think of concierge, I think of the ones at hotels that try to make your experience as great as possible. For this place, it's just marketing Be thankful that there are plenty of other options in this area

These guys did excellent work on my vehicle after someone hit it in a parking lot. The process was seamless, they dealt with the insurance company, provided a rental, and even picked up and delivered my vehicle to my home. I highly recommend them!

Great work! Professional and they keep you updated by communicating via email or phone calls. Even when the insurance company didn't cooperate, the managers were on top of my claim. Most importantly, they pay your deductible! I cannot thank them enough. They met me to pick up my car. This has been the best service in spite of being in an accident. Should the need arise, I'd use them again. Highly recommended.
