      image I scheduled an appointment on Friday for Monday. I got 5 confirmation and reminder text. I even texted when I was on my way. I ALSO INFORMED THEM THAT I WAS 40 MINUTES AWAY . Needles to say, I got all the way there just for them to tell me they keys aren't there and it would be 40 mins to an hour before the keys arrived. Total waste of my time!!
