        I have an old car that is essentially totalled with almost unusable breaks among other problems. I just needed the minimum amount fixed to make it to my business trip in 2 days as I am planning to replace the car in a month. Jacob understood the assignment and made my car safely drivable for the lowest cost and got it back to me in time for my trip. Thank you, I will be back!

        My experience was great overall. I replaced all 4 tires and did an alignment. The only issue was the process took about 3.5 hours, which is about 2 hours longer than my typical tire change/alignment experience in the past. Luckily, the team was very nice and kept me updated on the vehicle's status. Plus, the wifi worked perfectly. I would definitely do business at this pep boys again!

        Had new wheels and tires installed, went back 2 more times, but had to buy the tool myself to reprogram my TPMS sensors. They literally never programmed the IDs into the new ones and were just pressing reset in the vehicle and charging me $90 for it.
