There selection was not good, because they didn't have any salmon and we were in our seating area and it took them about 20 minutes to wait on us because they didn't know who our server was

We've been to this location several times. Every time has been so so, but last night was the absolute worst. My 5yr old loves Red Lobster to view the lobsters in the tank and to touch them when the location accommodates.
- Greeters were on their phones and debating who was going to seat us
- Server took forever to come and when he did show up he never introduced himself. I had to stop him and ask him and ask "what's your name?"
- Biscuits were room temperature
- Food wasn't what I was accustomed to from the franchise. The management never came around for an introduction nor to see if everything was to our satisfaction.
- Needless to say we won't return to the Laurel location again.
- We know the franchise isn't a 5 star location but it should live up to standards of a restaurant where you spend $100.

The service is atrocious. Everyone walks over this puddle of water and the mop is less than 2 feet away.Ive been standing here for 10 minutes waiting for someone to greet me by the to go spot next to the bar.The food was terrible and for the money I paid it was in large containers with little food in each as I show in the pictures and was bland with no flavor. Will not visit again ever!
