It seems to be a one man operation. The hours could be better. But the shakes are great. The gentleman does work hard to run a good shop.

I live right down the street from High Five and I would be a regular customer if they were consistent. Unfortunately, the business hours listed are not correct and regularly are closed with no explanation. They will close randomly on Fridays and you just never know when they're going to be open. I shouldn't have to check social media to see if they will be open or not. The smoothie bowls are great but overpriced in comparison to other businesses. Additionally, when I am able to catch them, they are very slow to fill orders to the point where I have seen people just walk out and not be served/spoken to at all and it was only two people in the shop... Wish I could support them.

The owner is rude, unpleasant and continued looking at his phone while I spoke.. For a small family business that claims to go through the world spreading high fives I found that odd.. thought maybe an off day but other comments say the same smh, their loss
