This realtor represented a couple who purchased my home.  They were first time home buyers and needed guidance from a professional.  I feel that they were misled in some of the documents they signed.  The first was As Is and not asking the seller (me) to repair anything.  After the inspection, the realtor came back to us and asked for more concessions in spite of that signed document.  She said it was what buyers wanted which I don't believe for a second.  They were smart people who would have understood what they were agreeing to, but encouraged by her, they tried to move outside the contract.  There were several things amiss in her representation of them, but the most glaring was on the day of closing, she and they came for a final walk through.  As I was talking with the couple, she was nosing through everything and found the manuals and keys I had left for them in the pantry.  Keep in mind, I had possession until 12 noon the day after closing.  She apparently gave the keys to the husband which I did not see.  I did tell them that once my movers were done, I would come back to pick up the rest of the things and clean and vacuum.  When I got back, there was a note from them saying they had had the vents and carpets cleaned.  Imagine my surprise to find they had been there.  I wasn't disappointed in not having to clean, but clearly, the realtor had made them to understand that the house was theirs.  Several of my things had already been discarded (not a big deal).  All in all, if there had been a zero rating, that is the one I would have given.  Michelle spent a great deal of time looking at her cell phone as well during both their visits.  Very poor customer service, very poor advice.  Look elsewhere for representation.
