Luciana cleaning services

Ive used this service several times in the past, and Im sure Ive written a detailed review. Always excellent work and exceptional service is all Ill say for lack of time. I am about to contact for service soon, and surprised my review wasnt here. I used this business several months ago, and Im contacting them again now in Nov. This will be my second or third time this year, and I expect no less than the best. Service: Deep clean

During my initial call to this company. The receptionist, who I am assuming is Luciana was extremely rude. I wanted a quote on a home I moved out of and provided a description of the work which included miscellaneous papers, and debris from the big move out and she mentioned she would need to put a hold on my credit card and take a deposit (which was not a problem) but I did mention that was odd. She responded, "Its actually not odd" and made several other comments. I personally have worked with many cleaning services and none have ever had a requirement outside of retaining a credit card on file. She then told me to "get a quote from another company" and hung up on me. I would stay far away from this company!

I hired Luciana's company to do a deep clean of my father's house before we sold it as a part of his estate. My father had been a smoker, a cat owner, and a bachelor. To say that there was a a lot of work to be done is an understatement. Since I live out of state, I asked Luciana to send me photos of the cleaning and I was stunned by the detailed work they performed. They cleaned nooks and crannies I'd never even thought to ask about. They even moved the fridge! People touring the home left feedback that it was spotless. And that the kitchen was outdated, but very very clean. I can attest that this was not the case before Luciana and her crew did their work. Very reasonably priced for a very thorough cleaning.
