Joe Jovinelli came to our home to take measurements and answer any questions we had. He was extremely personable, kind and knowledgeable. The day of carpet insulation, the man who did the work was timely, professional and efficient. We could not be happier with the final product! The nicest carpet we have ever had. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!

I have been meaning to write this review for some time and remiss in not doing so sooner. The services we received from FLOORMAX Laurel, and particularly Mr. Bill Iampieri, were exceptional. Words cannot describe how much I love our new hardwood floors. They are perfect. I smile every time I look at them and everyone who sees them remarks how beautiful they are. Our house is completely transformed. I was not an easy customer. I must have visited ten flooring stores, ordered over 100 samples and changed my mind over a dozen times. It took months for me to decide on a floor. Bill was extremely patient throughout the entire process and I ultimately chose a European White Oak that he recommended based on the look and quality I wanted and our budget. Bill is extremely knowledgeable on all types of floor coverings and installation processes, and explained in detail every aspect we would need to consider so there were no surprises. I was particularly concerned about gaps between the new floors and the door jambs since we were replacing old solid hardwood and carpeting with thinner engineered hardwood. Bill and his team came up with an ideal solution, and as a result, our floors are perfectly flush with the door jambs without any gaps or caulking. Installation was fast, smooth, clean, careful and efficient with beautiful results. I have and will continue to recommend FLOORMAX, Bill Iampieri and the FLOORMAX installation team to anyone I know who is seeking new floor coverings. With terrific service, pricing and attention to detail you simply cannot go wrong by choosing FLOORMAX. Update: We just had our entire upstairs and stairway recarpeted. FloorMax did a great job as always. We appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. We would not go anywhere else for flooring or carpet!

Update 5/4/2023: The guys from Floormax were awesome. We had to get a louver door to our laundry room and they had pre-painted it, installed it as well as put the doorknob back onto the new door. They also put new molding around the door to update the look and it looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend Floormax and will use them again in the future. The prices were very good too. Thank you again Floormax, you did a great job! This is the 2nd time we had some work done from Floormax (replacing our side gate). There was only one gentleman that replaced it and he did an excellent job. I am so happy and glad I found Floormax to come assist us with the 2 projects we had. We will be using them in the future, as I have nothing negative to say about them. This is what I call an exceptional top-notch company that really takes care of their customers and they do not hide any hidden costs. The quote they gave us for both projects were the exact price they asked us to pay, which is awesome. Other places will actually add on other hidden costs and go way above the cost of the work, but not Floormax. They are probably one of the most honest companies I have dealt with. Also their customer service is top-notch. They really make sure they contact you to schedule an appointment and if you cannot have them come out that day, they are very flexible and accommodate to any schedule you have. Once again to sum up Floormax. They are one of the most honest, hard-working, flexible and they do exceptional work companies i have worked with. I am excited I found a great company and great people for future projects.
