        Worst service possible! Took a tree skirt to be cleaned after the cat peed on it. SPECIFICALLY talked to a manager about the urine spots, guaranteed they could get it cleaned no problem. Pick up and it hasnt been touched! Rude, arrogant dry clean specialist said of course we dont clean this. And no one here is trained like me so they couldnt advise you probably anyways. WHAT?! No refund. No apology. Wasted time and money. Not just lied to, but treated incredibly rudely. Google has 20 cleaners in the vicinity. I wont ever come here again! Avoid at all costs if you value honesty, respect, your money and expect to be treated fairly and decently! SHAME ON YOU.

        They hang clothes with safety pins. Three of my dresses which have straps and are wedding cocktail dresses were hung with safety pins on both ends and put holes in all the dresses. Its silk fabric so its now snagged. This seems to be a standard process to hang with safety pins. The clothes are always clean but this is the second time this has happened, careful with nicer items.

      Hi Nitasha,I am sorry your cat peed on your dry clean only tree skirt. We have been serving our Laurel customers for nearly 27 years. We care about our customers and we stand behind our work. Our offer we made to you today still stands. We will re-clean your tree skirt at no charge, and my store manager will work on your stains personally. We will do our very best but No dry cleaner, no matter how much more they charge guarantees stain removal. I hope you will let us help you, we will be waiting. Thanks

      Thank you, Marialana, for taking time to bring this to my attention. While safety pins are designed for this purpose and have been used for ages, there is a new product that for lack of a better term "clamps" the fabric to the hanger. We have been experimenting with them to make sure the garment does not fall off, and the results have been promising.
