Six stars if I could. I will refer anyone I know to Johnathon with YPCR. Thank you! My laptop got the dreaded Blue Screen of Death and the typical work-arounds didn’t solve it. Johnathon quickly repaired my computer at an affordable cost, and he even managed to keep all my data intact!! On top of it all, he found a screw loose rattling loose inside and fixed that for me at no additional cost. Wow. He did this not only once, but two times within a few weeks. The second time my laptop went kaput, I thought surely it was fried for good. But voila, I got a swift call notifying me it was once again resurrected from the dead. Many months later, my laptop is running in perfect condition with no scares. YPCR is my top choice for all computer software and hardware repairs and consultations.

I was very impressed with Jonathan's customer service. He truly went out of his way to help me and was very patient with my lack of computer knowledge. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and eager to provide good customer service, which he did. I would definitely contact this company again for any of my computer needs.
