Staples Print & Marketing Services

Need more employees. I paid $30 to print some documents and there was no ink in the printer. I was not able to get the customer service that I was looking for. Not sure why I had to wait for a manager or employee for 30mins with something so simple. More than likely will find a mom and pop printing shop next time around. I sure my money here will not be missed here clearly. Should most definitely do better with customer service.

So This is my first time at this location. I have visited the one in New Carrolton in which they arent half as nice as this staff here. Charles help me in the copy and print section and he was AWESOME!! He was helping all of us older ppl that isnt computer literate figure how to scan, copy and print. The staff at the other location was NEVER this patient with me. I made this my number one STAPLES STORE. Go to CHARLES if you dont really know what your doing. He is very patient and informative. Thats for this pleasant experience Charles!!!

Great Service last week I needed to print 3 budget books within an hour and Associate Donnell was very patient and helpful with every step along the way. Meanwhile he was assisting 4 other customers and demonstrating patience and great communication skills with the customers. Exceptional customer service by Donnell.

I have printed at this store and impeccable service EVERY time. I called in today and friendly, excellent customer service answered and assisted. This is the best staples. They always have good product at reasonable prices as well

I've been here a few times and it's say about half the time they mess my order up (wrong paper/scaled image when I selected do not scale), and every single time they are extremely slow. I submitted a project at 8 am and it wasn't ready until 8:45pm. They close at 9pm. I couldn't make it there in 15 minutes, so I arrived first thing in the morning when they opened and was told the crew wouldn't be there until 10am. If you can't give me enough time to pick it up on the day I submit the find, make sure I can get it first thing! I was told a manager would come out to help me. I've been waiting for this manager for 15 minutes so far. I used to work in print services just like this for about 6 years, many of which were on a college campus and was far busier than this, and not a single person had to wait more than an hour for their prints unless it was a large order with mounting and binding and all of that. And even still it didn't slow down the other orders. This place is slow. If I had another option I would use it.
