Homewood Suites by Hilton Largo Washington DC

Incredibly friendly atmosphere, the staff are very kind, we really felt cared for. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. I really liked it here, I will definitely come back!

One of the best experiences with any hotel I had. Clean and rooms are spacious. Gentlemen at front desk was very kind and made sure we get everything we wanted. Breakfast could have more options otherwise best experience.

This place was really nice but the best part was the front desk gentleman name Dwight. He made the stay enjoyable. He went above and beyond to help in any way possible. The washers went out with my clothing in them, then the dryer plug caught fire. I was able to get them all washed but all my clothes are ruined by something in the machines. That aside, it was a very enjoyable stay. Thank you Dwight!!

Had a 4 night reservation booked and needed to make a change. Tried calling the hotel 3 times to get the change made. The first time I was put on hold and then without warning transferred to a voicemail system. The 2nd time I was put on hold and then hung up on. I waited until the folloing morning to call the 3rd time, when I was told that the hotel can't make changes to their reservations and that I'd need to talk with their call center. Before being disconnected I asked about checking in 1 hour early and was told that they can't help me in advance and that I would just need to show up at the hotel and if they had something available they would help me out but if they didn't then I was out of luck. They said that there was no way of knowing if they would have a room available until I was at the hotel. I do a fair amount of traveling and I've never had a hotel that couldn't modify a reservation at their front desk, and I've never had one that said "just show up and we'll see what's available." Of the three different people I spoke with, two spoke very poor English and none were friendly. With dozens of hotels in the area, why stay at one with bad service before I ever arrive? I cancelled the reservation and made a new reservation at a different hotel.
