        Its takes less than 5 minutes to get a document notarized and having to wait over 20 minutes is ridiculous. Im really starting to dislike this bank and really contemplating on closing my account

        Very slow and poor customer service from Jayona the teller. She did the whole transaction wrong and was very rude.

        Severely understaffed. Always end up waiting 30-45min to see a teller. 5 teller windows and only ever 1 or 2 working. And there is NEVER a teller at the drive thru window. Avoid!
