Absolutely awful, none of the workers utilize OSHA mandated safety guidelines, a lot of them stand around and watch instead of work. Almost all of the crew smoked weed on the roof while "working". Witnessed a fight, looking into tenants windows and stole a bunch of wine from our meeting center in the building that was meant for the roof opening for the tenants. I would not recommend this shotty company whose work deadline wasn't achieved and the crews treat job sites like pary sites. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAKE BELIEVE COMPANY

I have worked with Elevation on multiple projects and am truly amazed by the work they provide! Would recommend them to anyone for all Green Roof projects!
