MK Staging and Design helped us stage our property in April 2020, which garnered a full price offer within 4 days it was put on market. Even in the midst of a pandemic, when many processes were asked to be changed to allow social distancing, MK Staging and Design found a way to accommodate us as planned, staying flexible given the unusual time, and showing professionalism throughout the process. We thought the staging was of really good taste, and put our condo in a great light.

I was skeptical, but MK Staging did a wonderful job and the result was a sale at $100,000 over asking, when I expected $75,000 less than asking. It was amazing, the difference between MK Staging's presentation and what had been, in comparison, a random assortment of things thought indispensable over a period of 40 years

MK Staging was incredible to work with: Malena and her team are super professional and amazing at what they do-- taking in your space and outfitting it to best present it for sale. In addition to being professional, everyone at MK Staging was lovely and took a lot of the stress out of the whole sale process.

MK Staging and Design did a fantastic job staging our N.W. Washington, DC home. Malena and her team made the house look fresh and inviting. In fact, I dont think our family home has ever looked better. We had a ratified contract 6 days after staging. The team was very communicative and kept us informed throughout the process. I would definitely hire them again!
