I went to her office for the past 5-6 years for my annual check up because my employer requires it for insurance. I met her in person once, couple phone calls, and the rest was basically medical assistant and nurses that work there, and a follow email or call by assistant about my results. Somehow I was still owed $27-$28 although my annual check up is covered and I always pay my copay. They had the nerve to send it to collections which is beyond me. I dont have the time to waste, and go back and forth over pennies. So I just paid her $28, and let her staff know that I wont be troubling her anymore with any more visits, and be sure to let the public know the level of medical attention theyd be getting by choosing her as their primary care.

Dr. Menon is fantastic. When I needed to get Paxlovid, the antiviral for covid, she was the only doctor who checked for drug interactions. She found one and had me stop taking it while I was on Pax. If nothing else, for that I am very grateful. She is very thorough and kind.

I have been dr. Menons patient for 10 years now, but I have refused to visit her for the past 4 years despite her knowledgeable expertise. Only because I feel she has changed into a cold and business like doctor. Last time I visited her was in 2019 for a physical that always included pap smear test. I was shocked when she didnt take the sample and left. I had told her that it was the main reason my visit. I had to get tested because I had an operation outside of this practice and wanted to make sure I had no cancer. I went out to see if she was coming back, but I was told that I had to make another appointment for that purpose. I was so disappointed. I had already told her that my insurance was expensive and I could not afford that, but She cared less. I left her office and never went back. Now I received a call from billing dept. after 2 years to pay almost $120.00 for a visit that was never completed. Why should I pay for a service that was actually a disservice. When I requested to talk to dr. Menon for a waiver as I am unemployed at the moment, I was told that she could not talk to me. I chose this practice because I found her a caring and humane doctor and I used to recommend her. She has definitely changed. Very sad!

Be careful with this practice they falsify patient records. Upon reviewing our family patient records we found this practice adds false diagnosis codes that were not ever discussed. Jackie and Christine are so disrespectful in their communication.. I was given an exam order request for a different patient. Not a pleasant experience when I showed up to hospital radiology department appointment with an exam request that was not mine. The service here has been so unprofessional. I never expected this type of service from people who signed up to work for public healthcare
