Shall's Construction

This company built a deck on my property over 3 yrs ago during the former owners and we found a few months ago that the final inspection was never completed. The county inspector visited my property and the inspection failed. He contacted the company and I have made many calls as well and I only have been receiving false promises to fix the problem. It's been over 1 month and nothing has happened. It's sad to have a company like this where you put your trust in and they just want to take the money and provide cero customer service.

Worse company to work with ever!! I paid them a deposit for 4 windows. And wouldn’t answer the phone not return my calls after I left several emails. The person named Lisa finally answered after weeks of me leaving them voicemails to find out the status of when they were going to schedule the work and if the windows they ordered were ready. Lisa was extremely rude saying “You don’t need to call and leave voicemails everyday!!” I told her well if someone would return my calls I wouldn’t need to keep leaving messages. Are you guys even a real company? I feel like you just took my deposit money and are avoiding me now. She then said it takes 4 weeks for the windows to arrive. And I stated well no one communicated that to me and it’s been more than 4 weeks. She then said your windows are here. So how long have they been sitting there? They finally installed my windows after 2 months!!! This is unacceptable! And after leaving voicemails during that entire time for no one to return your call back. And the cherry on top was the email she provided me so I could get a receipt after the work was done and guess what? The email was invalid and I haven’t been able to get a hold of them since! This is the worse place I have ever dealt with. I am going to report them to the BBB. DO NOT PURCHASE WINDOWS from them!!
