I'd love to love this gym, but the fact I keep running into issues with my card not having access is killing me. My original one was spotty. Then, I lost my card, but paid without complaint for the replacement and was told it was good, and it didn't work at all. I called like 5 times over 2 weeks the last time this happened and never got a single call back and had to get lucky enough to catch them actually inside to wave them down. I asked if the listed number was wrong because I'd never gotten a response after calling and calling and they just laughed and didn't answer me or apologize for that. After all that trouble, I caught covid soon after and waited a month to return to ensure safety, and once again... my card doesn't let me in. Considering the extensive effort I had to go through last time to get it working I'm kind of feeling defeated and like I need to find another gym with more present/responsive management. There's nothing worse than getting into gym clothes, making a good pre-workout meal, and then getting stuck at the door, time and time again.
