I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Truck Rental of Jessup, MD. My service rep was Mellisa, who did a fantastic job. She was helpful, professional, answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. Based on this experience, I will definitely rent again from this location. Great Job!

I had to rent a truck because the tire installers improperly installed the wheels on my work truck. I first went to my local Enterprise Truck rental in Gaithersburg but that was a nightmare as they were unorganized and no help whatsoever. I decided to try the Jessup location and they were perfect. The 2 ladies (Melissa and Brittany I think) were outstanding. The process was efficient and they took really good care of me. They were so good, that I bypassed the location in Gaithersburg and drove the extra 30 minutes just to use the Jessup location again. On the 2nd visit, there was a slight delay but this was because they did a safety check before I left and found a slight issue with the tire. This was not an issue for me because I was thrilled to see that supplying safe vehicles was a top priority for them and the delay was minor. I want to commend these ladies for taking such good care of their customers and I can see why they have an almost perfect rating. Kudos to the team at Jessup and I will continue to drive the extra 30 minutes to their office whenever I need to rent a truck. Great job!!
