Whatever you do, do not take your truck to this people. They will over charge you plus they not know what they are doing. I took my truck there and it came back sounding crazy and what they claim the did was not true and didnt have any prove that they did it. They are the definition of fraud in truck repair once they see away they will exploit you really bad

Last night (3/1/24) I had Matt, tow truck #50 come rescue me in the heart of DC. Broke down with my rig and 48 flatbed. Matt was by far the most professional tow truck operator I have dealt with ever! Great communication with keeping me up to date on his ETA, speed at dropping my replacement truck and rebooking. But he also went out his way to make sure I was all set and even blocked the road so I could safely u-turn and get heading out of the city the correct way!! I would 100% recommend Matt and this tow company!!

This people are very tricky. They will do whatever it takes to charge you for things that your truck doesnt need. Take your truck for something else they will keep the truck for days acting like something is really wrong with it and then come back and tell you something else. I took my truck for cheeckinh and it came out sounding weird and the just charged like crazy

They are the worst in this country. They will keep your truck for no reason so they can charge you. Their service is terrible. I took my truck in for diagnostic and what they told me was not what was wrong with my truck, in fact they just wanted me to spend money with them for no reason
