Called the rental office today and spoke with a young lady about renting an apartment and also inquired about the use of medical marijuana, since MD is a state where it’s LEGAL for medical use.
So basically, she told me that I cannot use it on their premises (even if it’s on the balcony) because it’s federal law....🤔 but we are not on federal grounds or property and if you get pulled over by the police and show your medical card, the police cannot arrest you.
I FIND IT VERY DIS-HEARTING THAT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE VETERANS AND OR HAVE PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITIES AND USE MEDICAL MARIJUANA, THAT BOWLING BROOKS APARTMENTS AND ANY JAMES F. KNOTT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DO NOT ACCEPT/SUPPORT THE USE OF LEGAL MEDICAL MARIJUANA.
SO IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL MARIJUANA CARD, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME INQUIRING/APPLYING ABOUT AN APARTMENT HERE, THEY WONT LET USE YOUR MEDICAL MARIJUANA.
**Yall are going to lose a lot of business in a state where medicinal marijuana is legal**
They stay deleting negative reviews on google....I see some mysteriously disappeared.
YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF GOING UP THE STREET AT THE OTHER APARTMENT PLACE...
