Well, I am really going thru with State Farm on a claim, but after going to the Jessup Office talking with Ms. Ruth, let me tell you. She let me talk all my frustration out with her, just listening to what I'm going thru with the claim and then gently started talking to me explaining things and making phone calls and talking things out with me, the adjuster, and the contractor, trying to get to the bottom of the situation, which really help me. I thank you Ms. Ruth so much for that, even thro things a still not completely finished, she is still working with me to resolve the issue.

Ms Ruth is one Kindest God Fearing warmest person I ever meet over phone. She me made feel like family. I was so nervous because I wasn't treated very well with my last State Farm Agent. I didn't know about alot about the benefits I was already paying for. It was kept from me by Tony Pierce. This time, Its was 5:15 pm he didn't answer or reply to text. Because they close at 5pm. I was informed the next day. I really needed to add my son to my policy so he can moved his car he just purchased. I'm so happy I called the main number. I WAS SO FED UP WITH THEIR BEHAVIOR. The main number gave me information that I desperately needed at that time, I found out Eventually, I could use my insurance to bring his car home. Tony could text that. The main number helped me find this wonderful agency. We registered his car, Also purchased life insurance. I always wanted to add to my policy. Thank you Ms Ruth! For treating us with alot patience alot of care. I feel so comfortable moving foward with our needs as family with our my new State Farm agent AJ Green.
