For me it was very convenient. The room was large and comfortable. Good customer service. The one downfall was that the doors to enter the building are locked at 6 pm.

My husband book this room for our little weekend getaway and unfortunately we had to end our trip early. Once we entered the room i was immediately taken back my the height of the bed it was literally almost on the floor. Next was the bathroom the tub was dirty i had to go to a local store and get cleaning supplies. I didnt want to make a big deal and it ruin our trip. Next was the bed my husband saw an ant on the bed at first no biggie until more and more ants were seen behind the bed, on the night stands, crawling up the walls. When we went to breakfast the next morning there were ants by the food in which we decided to eat out. My husband left a pair of sneakers in a box in the lobby while checking in the host never mentioned it us that the sneakers were left and we walked passed the front desk Multiple times as we walked in and out of the building. It was not mentioned until my husband asked them was anyone if our room cause we had an item missing that the returned the sneakers. My husband also advised staff that we were leaving due to the ants in the room and the other things. Staff only advised we would not be reimbursed for the night we did not use. I find it very inconsiderate that we drove 3 hours out of town and were met with conditions likes these. Please do better for future guest as i will not be returning.
