Excellent customer service. Responded quickly to a request for a quote and since our equipment was in stock, installation was also performed quickly. Bob (salesman), Matt and Wayne (installers) were all courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

Tech came the next workday after we called F.C. Johnson Co. He fixed the problem and serviced the garage doors and openers. When we noticed a problem with one garage not closing all the way, The tech came back and replaced the bottom door seal, charging only for the replacement insert. All-in-all we were very satisfied with F.C. Johnson Co.'s response, service, and follow-up.
